Break time, Blog time! Just did half of another writeup and taking a short 15 min break.
Feeling odd today. Mr. Ye is going back to Cambridge tonight ... [insert thoughts] - shan't say these out loud, but oh well. Feels odd. Have fun, "Jerry" - just look forward to your Scandivanian trip! (Is Scand. still on? You'd better - go take some photos of aurora!) And don't forget to take a look at the Amorphophallus bulb back at the botanic gardens. Haha .. Amorphophallus ... warped penis, literally. My 2 A.peonaefolius bulbs are still dormant in the garden, hopefully one day it'll flower. Hey, maybe you'll get nice neighbours this time! Not drunk rowdy ones.
Had a crazy time at school today. Was physically present, but did not attend any of the lessons. Why? I spent hours chasing after the case notes of 2 patients. Went to the medical records office, and they didn't have them. Said they were in the wards. So I trooped back to the wards, and they were not there either! Repeat this cycle for 4 more times, insert a couple of trips down to the outpatient clinics, and I finally locate the case notes. But I must say that the guys at MRO were lovely! So terribly helpful - the Malay gentleman, Chris, took time off his lunch to help me find the casenotes and gave me some numbers to call. The other Malay woman was absolutely nice, she accompanied me to another part of the MRO to find the casenotes and brought me to a room where I could sit and copy what I needed. The nurses at ward 54 were a jolly bunch too! Made me sit down to copy the notes instead of standing at the desk, haha. Heard an ejection click this morning, and prosthetic valve sounds.
Sarracenia leucophylla just put out its autumn crop of pitchers, and WOW. just Wow... pure white!
Would post pics of the lovely plant, but can't tonight. Got to rush off my writeups (stroke one's completed, but I really think I can add more .. it's already overflowing and I'd better stop) before sending Mr. Ye off later at 9.30pm or so. Another one gone ... time to source for nice, cheap phonecards! =D
Maybe I won't be able to finish by 9.30pm. Which means midnight work. Which means zombiefied tomorrow. Which means stupidity during tutorial. SHIT.
