Just did some very good work this morning! Made a nice chart on all the possible heart valve lesions and their physical examination signs. It becomes really clear when you put them side-by-side for comparison, for example the pulses - AF of MS, low volume pulse of AS and collapsing pulse of AR. Yes, this should've been done weeks ago. But hey, better late than never! Could come in handy for a re-posting (praying hard not to!) or for M5 medicine.

Spent some time last night on battlenet, but none of my friends logged on. =( Please, don't let them quit the game! Took loads of screenshots of my characters in action, and their equipment. Just in case I never, ever play the game again. Which is likely, since work's just going to get worse. But also unlikely - it's such a well-programmed game, well thought-out and in general, a real gem.

Going to slack the afternoon away. Wanted to go to SGH in the afternoon to update and sign my logbook, but Stan and co are all not there, so no point. Maybe I'll go purchase the thank-you cards in the afternoon.

Just downloaded "Louis Armstrong - All Time Favourite Hits" from BitTorrent, it's really a fine album! I love all the versions of Mack The Knife! So far I've sampled covers from Lady Ella (Fitzgerald!!), Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, and .. even Robby Williams. Needless to say, the last is the worst. Lost all the flavour of the song! OK, nvm .. I hate him in the first place. Silly person. Ella's is absolutely the best! It's the ad lib - she was positively screaming and pouring her heart out .. best of all, I've got the live version! =D One of those songs, that if you scream together with it, even lift bad moods.
