Finally done with the 2 writeups. Feeling inadequate about them though ... think my cases are unspectacular compared to what the rest have got. I did a prolapsed intervertebral disc and a Garden's grade IV neck of femur fracture. Sigh ... maybe I'll be lucky enough to see a fat embolism case in the next 4 weeks? Gotta read the Apley's examination book again and again later. I knew I was going to suck at ortho. =( I'm going to make a complete prat of myself tomorrow, i know it.
