Lasagne was good too!! OMG .. my mom came into the kitchen sniffing, and it's the VERY FIRST TIME she ever said my western food smells good, and even ventured to try a bit of it (beef puts her off, normally). Right, still a little on the dry side, but I'm improving. The last time I made lasagne was almost 4 years ago. The pasta ended up rock-hard back then. Went a little too heavy on the mozarella cheese though. =\ And no milk. Forgot about the milk in the cheese batter. Yx got totally excited when she FINALLY realised what I was making (refused to let her in on the menu), think I've owed her a proper traditional lasagne for one whole year ever since one fateful day when I commented that the lasagne we bought at a cafe was totally shit.
