OK, in a rant mode now. So I shall go in chronological order for the events of the day.

morning: shopping for groceries
afternoon: cooking for dinner, rented Shrek and watched it while waiting for things to cook
night: Party at Uncle Tan's, left just before my parents and gang started dancing. DANG!!! But couldn't help it, yx was running late and she promised to get home by 11pm. Oh well ... =(

THEN we discovered that Stan finally put a REAL blog up! Way to go, Stan!!

Levelled DorsalisPedis (my barbarian) to level 6, now able to wear Sigon's set.

Being happy right now cause I finally decided on a present for yx. Make-up set from Watson's, which comes in a nice box with a mirror - is this a good prezzie? Wanted to buy a nice trenchcoat from Zara for her Wisconsin trip, but decided against it because 1) Cost ($229 .. omg omg omg I'll have to eat leftovers in the tray-deposit area during my COFM posting) 2) It's only used in autumn, said the salesgirl. She'll more likely be wrapped up like a dumping over there, and be more concerned about warmth rather than style. But really, that trenchcoat was WHOA.

Oh dear. Feeling so lousy at giving gifts actually. I just can't seem to get things right.

And now, waiting to go to bed. It's strange, but I'm not sleepy at all. Oh wait. It's the coffee I just drank.
