We've had the entrees, now for the main course - baked pork tenderloin! OK, confession. I totally cheated on this one, I used a pre-made commercial marinate, but then it was oooh la lah! =D Tried to add a cute touch by having a side of baby carrots and baby potatoes, garnished with a sprig of english parsley. Surprisingly the easiest dish today. Marinate, put in roasting bag, dump in oven for 20 mins,
