Right, haven't blogged for a while. About yesterday - went to yx's uncle's home for chicken rice dinner. It wasn't fantastic but .. I couldn't say that right? oh .. out of the blue ... *insert private thoughts here*. Hahahaha .. Discovered he keeps a "marine tank:. Simply a 2-feet tank filled with salt water, an undergravel filter, rocks and fish. Hmmm. Didn't really bother to give him a tutorial, would take a lot of explanation. Rather uncomfortable night, being in close proximity to her relatives. I don't like socialising. Went to uncle Albert's for a while after that, his wife cooked fantastic beef stew (again!! yum!!) and parents and gang had 3some dancing. Hahaha .. YESSSS. I shall post pics. They look very suggestive.

Did nothing today!! My favourite way of spending time eh. Played diablo. OH. I really must blog this. Seems like even in a virtual world, the spirit of giving during X'mas is still there. What happened was, I was just looking around for games when I saw someone offering a Fal rune for a normal rush (speed-killing the bosses using a high-level character to complete the game in normal mode for a low level character). Which was, already over-paying. Normal rushes cost only some gems and lower runes, so it was a good deal and I took it up. Halfway through, the guy asked if I preferred a Shako as payment instead!! OMG. That's like signing a contract that pays $30 a month and getting $100 instead. (oversimplification of the diabloII economy)

And ... what's more, at the end of the rush, he told me, "wait, I'll brb (be right back)". He comes in with a high-level character named "Nasty Santa", went "Ho Ho Ho!" and dropped me a bunch of lovelies! Woooot! All in all, I received 2 free Shakos, 1 Skullder's Ire (all 3 of these are awfully expensive to trade for, and difficult to find), Goldwrap belt and 3 magic find charms.

Reminds me very much of my non-ladder days, when I'd dump loads of nice things on new players. Could almost see them smiling at me. =D Alas, I just started on ladder - fresh - so I can't do anything like that this X'mas.

Then, later in the evening, I did 10 magic find runs by killing Hell Mephisto again and again. On the 10th run, he dropped a unique Monarch - Stormshield!!! OMG. =D Encouraged, I did yet another 8 runs, and this time I got a pair of unique mesh boots (Silkweave) and my very very very first unique Tiara (Kira's Guardian). BTW, sorcie's now level 75.

Had been a lovely gaming day.
