Right. I'm really pissed off right now, want to upload some pics but the dumb Nokia software kept failing on me. Hmm .. a few interesting things today. Bought an octopus! It's quite a small one, maybe 3-4 inches across, and changes colour between a solid beige colour and black with yellow spots. Pretty neat! And cheap too ... $6. Fed it a piece of shrimp just now, hopefully it'll survive. Also found out that there's a small group of people online who keep octopuses (and someone actually posted on the cephalopod discussion page the reason why it's octopuses and not octopi) - reaped loads of info and videos off that site. Anyway, I couldn't possibly let it loose inside my main tank, or else I'd end up with no fish at all, so it's now in my sump. Given the intelligence of these things (they are the 4th most intelligent animal I think ... a reefer had his climb out of the tank to grab food, another guy's unscrewed a bottle to get at the mussel inside), I had to construct some kind of cage .. shall post the pics tomorrow! Very amazing animal to watch - thy almost move nonstop, even when resting. Changed out my activated carbon, and added a new Sarcophyton with neon green polyps, 2 sand anemones and 1 gigantic pink colt coral (partly to feed my sea slugs - OMG. I found MORE today. This is bad ... that's a total of 4 of them feasting on my soft corals before I discovered the first one.)

Also watched White Chicks this afternoon - the show's hilarious!! And bought a pretty something for my mom's birthday tomorrow. A really small rock. ;) STILL ... it's better than nothing! haha ...

OK, bracing myself up for tomorrow. Going to do something really big, one of those very major things you do in life. And I mean MAJOR. Even now, I still am unsure whether it's the correct thing (to me ... some may say otherwise) to do, but I'll go ahead anyway. Hmm ... we'll see how it goes.

Still having fun with the plush toy turtles!
