sand dollar

Parting shot of the sand dollar before it burrows into the sand and is lost to sight forever. Hence the name sand dollar. You buy the damn thing, and never see it again! Well, dug it up yesterday, it was still hanging around. The pic isn't good due to the overly-white sand. The signal goby has been doing a good job at cleaning the sand, it's now so white my camera has trouble trying to pick up anything lying on the sand.
