For those of you who can't figure out how in the world I'm going to link so many tanks together

>Water from main tank overflows into a pipe
>Water flows down pipe via gravity
>Pipe is split into 3 halfway down: 1 to OTT1, 1 to OTT2 and 1 to sump.
>Valves fitted to pipes leading to OTT1 and OTT2 to control water flow so that most of the water actually goes back to sump
>water from OTT1 and OTT2 overflow into another pipe, and this water flows via gravity back into sump
>Water from sump is drawn upwards by an Iwaki MD100 pump back into tank.

So basically, whatever goes into the main tank from the sump will have to flow out. Whatever flows out flows 1)to both OTTs and 2) back to sump

And whatever goes into the OTTs overflows back to sump.
