Winning betta

The winning betta in its category, this is one of the most perfect half-moons I've seen, with a delta tail spread of a full 180 degrees! And not a tinge of red in the pectoral fins, which is a problem with royal blue bettas (the Bb gene and red genes are codominant). Our local betta scene's looking up! There was a huge section on crowntails, but URGH. Give me a break .. one of those fads from Indonesia. Fling those halfmoons at me, anytime!
