Looking back

Finally, it's Sunday night; gosh, I say "finally" like I'm looking forward to it, but nope ... who does? The end of my really short 1 week break, and the start of year 4. Hopes and fears, just to quote an album. All I ask for is that we don't get superbly long hours this month. It's crazy enough with all the administrative work and all the freshmen and turning up for boring lessons (just there to create some bonding with the members, sigh).

Now, I can say with utmost certainty that this week had been really rich. Packed to the brim, but yet not overwhelming. The only day I regretted was going for the morning session of Care To Dance, since all 5 of us knew all the steps and it really was the most tiring part of the day.

Danced 5 times - 2 performance practices, 1 Tuesday lesson, 1 social dance session at the Esplanade, and 1 practice at the RSYC with my parents
Ate at MakanSutra with members
Ate nasi lemak with performers
Ate at PS with members
Ate at O'Brien's with friends
Ate at Father Flanagan's with yx
Ate at Sakei sushi and had a simple BBQ with yx at Sentosa
Ate at Chin Huat tonight with family
Swam 4 times - 3 at the RSYC pool, 1 at the beach
Gone to the sauna 3 times
Pubbed 2 times - once at a beach bar, once at CHIJMES
Did a massive 50% water change
Re-arranged all the messy wiring for the tank
Bought a calcium reactor
Visited the Vatican Collection exhibit with my friends
Caught Batman Begins at JP, together with a touch of shopping
Went back to TTSH once
Volunteered at Care To Dance. It was interesting, we ended up with the most difficult beneficiary ... ADD, tendency to run off (thank heavens he didn't) and with an uncanny fetish for brightly-coloured wigs.

Lost my temper once
Lost my shades (but got them back!!! =D )
Getting tired from a FULL day of dancing on Saturday ...
