Tonnes of blah blah blah to finish up, with academic stuff fluffing up the pile as well. Still haven't read any material for tomorrow's crap.

Had too much food during an Oktoberfest buffet last night, but it was GOOD. Free flow of Cajun salmon, pork knuckles, roasted striploin, beer soup etc etc. Somehow, sashimi and spiced anchovy came into the picture. Too rich, too full. It was great value though, excelent food for $25. The Indian waiter at the other restaurant was fantastic - I booked a table at the wrong restaurant, and the beautiful man actually offered to do the reservation for me at the other restaurant I wanted to go to at the club. Anyway, was bloated the whole night, and compensated by having a spoonful of rice only for dinner .. and promptly had my efforts go down the drain by chomping on prawn crackers. Dumb, dumb, dumb .. so says the nurse in The Hospital Show for Will and Grace.

Samba wasn't too bad ... we were picked out to demonstrate good strength! We do work hard at home, hah. I'm still abysmally bad at the bota fogo. Can't coordinate the bloody hand movements, hips, and ankles all at the same time. Just only found out that a certain doc with a blog does the ceroc - some kind of very modern jive variation. If only people did more vintage ... or am I just old at heart? Hmmm.

Studied quite a bit as well over the weekend, and did some decent work today. Oh well ... I'm doing what I can. Feeling quite at a loss actually, things are starting to tug themselves out of control. Yikes.

Webpage - HypoC was a real inspiration! Well actually I'm primarily getting a domain for the club, and still wondering how the payment's going to be done. At the end of it, I really don't mind being mr. nice guy and paying for everything, hah ... the bloody juniors HAD BETTER remember me. Ego-feeder. But not really - it's high time we did up something decent, and I spent a good part of my rest periods today doing up a sparkling, brand new web page for the club. Simply loved the scrolling dhtml script I nicked off a freebie site. Yx suggested I could use a WIKI program, but I had a look at it and it's way beyond my level. Too much tweaking (i.e. programming) involved. To hell with Ilango and his antics! That course was distastefully planned - HONESTLY, we would have had an easier time, and found it more interesting, and had more use, for a course in html/flash/CGI scripting, rather than some crappy Q Basic programming.
