Sunny garden

OK, enough grousing about my poor designs, math and abysmal lack of commen sense; I'll only embarrass myself further.

Shot of the lower left corner of the tank, I spent some part of the evening apoxy-ing the Dendrophyllia corals (the orange ones) to the rock. This is a very dark part of the tank due to the many overhangs from the rock placement, so it's a fantastic spot for these non-photosynthetic corals. Only problem is that since they are non-photo, I'll have to make sure they are accessible enough to feed on a frequent basis. Conventional wisdom is a minimal of 2 feedings per week, but so far I'm managing a daily feeding.

Other corals that can be seen (you'll have to click on the photo to blow it up)

To the left, the stick-like thing is a non-photosynthetic gorgonian.
Try and see if you can find the various star polyps and zoanthid corals interspersed among the rockwork. The brilliant white thing on the right is a bubble coral, and there's a blue Ricordea florida mushroom coral above that. Small yellow stuff to bubble coral's left is erm .. yellow polyps (not kidding about the name). Almost as pretty as the Dendrophyllia, but photosynthetic.
