Most-photographed booth

One redeeming point about this whole thing - minimal talking on my part, and people just flock round taking tonnes of photos. They should hand out an award. On the right-hand lower corner are pots of baby Nepenthes rafflesiana that I released for sale from my own collection, but everyone seemed to be asking about flytraps.

Erm... I'm not a business yah? Be glad I even have extra plants to spare you people, be it Nepenthes or the abysmally-ugly terrestrial Utricularia.

Totally left out showing the aquatic Utricularia gibba - HECK, I've got foot-long Nepenthes x maxta traps hanging from the rafters, and all people care about are flytraps? Amateurs...Yx had to keep reminding me not to get irritated with people who are not into the technical details. Who cares if my D.filiformis ssp. filiformis clone is a highly-unusual tropical form? All they want are stereotypes. I guess they would be happy with a full tray of only flytraps and perhaps a couple of Darlingtonia to satisfy their insistance that carnivorous plants = sicko plants.

OK, perhaps that's the underlying reason why I hesistate to tell people about my different hobbies. I'm either a psychopathic, sadistic killer-personality guy to them, or just an eccentric ass.

Wait till they meet the people who keep ant plants.
