Down with full-blown something. Influenza or viral gastritis. Started off with epigastric colicky pain this morning and abdominal distension, no diarrhoea, no nausea/vomitting. Afebrile. Had chills (no rigors) later on, then stuffy nose at night. Entire episode was accompanied by malaise, watery eyes and a headache aura. Any ideas?

Just want to hop into bed and have a really good rest, but alas. Tutorials, ward assessments and all kinds of shit. And totally panicking already.
