OK, you know what. I'm QUITE DONE with UCLA.

Finally got through to the lady, only to be told that Kern only accepts students from affiliated institutions (which BTW was NOT mentioned in the elective handbook), but she passed my package to yet another woman, who's on leave today. By the time I finish tracking down where the fuck my USD350 went to, I'm already too late to get tickets and visas.

Sending out my Glasgow confirmation today. At least the admin lady there was spontaneous, emailed me the instant she received my application.

On the bright side of things (Mr. Ye, is Scotland still dreary in May-June?) I might be able to meet up with some CG mates along the way, with some luck. Also dreaming of visiting the Royal Exclusiv retail outlet to gawk at the BK Skimmers .. hahaha. That baby costs more than my entire tank + livestock + running costs for the last few years. It's a mad water polisher though .. so many fine bubbles it looks like the tank water's turned to full cream milk.
