Yx thinks I have social phobia.

Oh yes - at the Saturday dance lesson, one of the men, 50+ y/o, had SEVERELY clubbed fingers!! At least a Grade IV. No jaundice, obviously not heart conditions (he wouldn't be dancing otherwise), but he appeared very dark - not tanned, it's really DARK - and with just a tinge of cyanosis. Any differentials?

Had a totally nasty day. BO 2x today, and tenasmus! And also a persistent feeling of incomplete voiding, but only after BO. Any differentials?
1) CA colon with UTI
2) CA anus with urethral (yes, not ureteric) stone
3) Enteric amoebiasis with urinary schistosomiasis
4) CA penis with rectal adhesions (foreign body insertion?!?)
5) CA prostate with hair bezoar (Brownie's hair, no doubt)
6) Polyposis coli with neurogenic bladder, hydronephrosis and ascending UTI
7) Florid intestinal worms with Vandellia cirrhosa in urethra
8) Psychogenic, I need the shrink.
