The divorce of love and lust

Ignore the title, it's just something that popped into my mind. Watched The Family Stone in VCD yesterday, it was a bad disappointment. The problems with the show:

Too many good ideas, but lacking a central theme;
Too many (potentially) interesting characters, but lacking development;
Abrupt, patched-together kind of ending; and
(worst of all) a very bad soundtrack selection.

Anyway, spoilt for choice regarding car rentals. Had been looking out for deals for a suitable car, that can carry 3 adults, 1 large luggage, 2 medium-sized ones and 3 small ones (Over-estimate, I know. Doesn't hurt to have it more roomy.) Then I started getting fancy ideas about cruise control and sunroofs. Hah. Way out of budget.

Stupid accommodation woman at the U. still hasn't gotten back to me, and I'm fearing the worst. Fack.
